The amount indicated in the deed of absolute sale is less by half a million against price in the contract to sell and schedule of payments made. Is this normal? Should we sign the deed with lesser amount? Salamat po sa anumang payo na maibibigay nyo.

guienn.hughes,
the deed of absolute sale is the instrument executed after the contract to sell and upon full payment of the purchase price.
the price stated in the deed of absolute sale is the basis for computing the taxes that have to be paid before the title can be transferred.
it is prudent to seek professional assistance in looking into the deed of sale itself before signing it.
