Arresto Menor

Reading through the thread, i noticed a lot of questions relating to employment contracts. Question is, Is it legal to put stipulations in an employment contract that are clearly not allowed by the labor code? (ex. 60 day resgination notice, not allowed to join/organize a union, etc.)

If this is not legal, what is the remedy if and when you already signed the contract?
