Hi po,gusto ko po sana mag tanong kung ano po ba ang pwede ko gawin,kasi po ayaw na po ipakita ng dati kong kinakasama yung mga anak namin sa akin. kinasal na po siya sa ibang lalaki, kami po hindi kasal. ano po ba ang pwede ko gawin para makasama ko ang mga anak ko? salamat po!

only the mother of an illegitimate child has rights to parental custody and authority. the father has visitation rights. i recommend you begin with sending a letter requesting for fixed schedule of visitation, then later filing a case at their bgy
