Arresto Menor
Isa po akong supervisor na nagtatrabaho sa field. itinerary po ang basis ng aming attendance as field employee. i was given notice to explain because my worktime completed only 4 1/2 hours per day base on my itinerary. however, my employer knew the fact that we also work during our day-offs and holidays by patching up all calls and concerns from our subordinates who works 6am to 11pm. breach of trust is a ground for termination, am i going to be terminated because of this offense? pls. help. thanks.

answered your other post. then what you can try to show is that your itinerary also recorded those days that you worked extra. and argue that field work is not required to be 8 hours a day (unless you have a policy on this)
