paano po bang magiging kaso ng employer sakaling wala silang maipakitang employee handbook kung saan naka base dapat ang mga policy tungkol sa insubordination at absences?

na suspend po kasi ako due to insubordination and absence without notice to my supervisor. una dapat mememohan lang niya ako pero kaharap na ang HR at hearing na daw po agad iyon. sinagot ko po asking for my written memo and sabi ko po mageexplain po ako in written form. instead po pinilit po akong mag explain verbally. buntis po ako ng 2 1/2 mos that time. so alam ko naman po na emotional ako. inexplain ko po iyon sa superior ko pero pinilit parin nya ako magsalita hangang nasagot ko po siya na nagtaas na po ako ng boses. nauwi po un usapan namin sa either terminated na ako or mag resign ako.

after po nun kinonfront pa nya ako sa harap ng maraming ka opisina namin telling me i am terminated already. sinagot ko po sya na kung terminated na po tlga ako idaan po nya sa tamang process.

after po nun suspended na po ako ng 30 days until mag expire ang probi contract ko.

wala po kaming employee handbook.

gusto ko po sana malaman kung ano po ba ang karapatan ko bilang probi employee? wala po ba akong right for due process like verbal warning muna? tama po ba un ginawa sa akin na pinilit akong magsalita kahit tumanggi na po ako at hinanap ko po un written memo at sinabi ko naman po na sasagot ako kapag may nte na po?

nag email din po ako sa management at HR paulit ulit in between asking for an investigation of what happened. wala pong pumansin sa email ko. nag ask din po ako saan based un mga violations ko dahil wala nga po kaming employee handbook. hindi po sila nag respond. ang pinaka response lang po e un suspension ko na.

on top of this, hinold pa po un sweldo ko. ang sabi po hanggat daw po hindi ko tnturn over lahat ng gamit ng company hindi daw po irerelease un sweldo ko. nakalagay din po sa suspension ko na upon receipt nun suspension letter ay dapat ibalik ko na lahat ng gamit. hindi ko po ito ginawa kasi un phone po sa company pero un simcard po akin. balak ko po muna sana maiayos lahat ng files ko bago ko po ibalik lahat.

may basis po ba un mga ginawa nila sa akin?

your remedy is to file a complaint at nlrc, and i recommend you give back the company property asap else you can find yourself in worse trouble.
