Magandang araw po Atty. Simpleng tanong lamang po, kapag po ba sa kontrata ay wrong spelling or may mali lamang po ang spelling sa pangalan (ngunit ang ibang Identification naman po ay tama - e.g. SSS/TIN ng indibidwal), ito po ba ay magiging null and void?

Sa madaling sabi, nagkaroon lamang ho ng pagkakamali sa pagtype ng pangalan, pero ang ipinresenta/nakasulat na ID numbers (na nakasulat din sa kontrata katabi ng pangalan) ay tama naman.

Nanotaryohan na po kasi at iniisip ko kung dapat pa po bang gumawa ng bago at panotaryohan muli.

Misspelling will not nullify the contract but it might cause confusion, better have it corrected.
