If the employee thinks he/she was illegally dismissed or wasn't given a fair trial and just decisions, or feels like a victim of management impartiality?
What are the things to be considered filing an appeal or case provided that the previous employer had the dismissed employee signed the "Release, Waiver and Quitclaim" before issuing the Final Pay, Is there still a chance to institute action like labor or administrative against the previous employer?!
