My parents transferred their property to my ownership thru deed of Absolute sale with no amount consideration. One of my sibling contest this document and allegedly claim that the deed of absolute sale is just being simulated and that the ownership of the property still vested to my parents. There was no falsification and forgery involved. There was no annotation in the memorandum of encumbrances that the property transferred to my ownership is held in trust for my parents. Does she has the right to annul the certificate of title and claim the subject property?
