That's scary...dont even think about handing over the original TCT bec he can
1) Be an impostor( pose as you) and he can sell your land. Though u can recover it, imagine how long a court case get settled in the Philippines
2) Get a loan with Pagibig and use the money personally and run away and the claim can be annotated on ur TCT
