i BOUGHT A CONDO IN 2008 AND HAVE PAID UNTIL THIS YEAR.. I NOW HAVE SENT MEGAWORLD A NOTICE I AM OUT OF MONEY AND CAN.T PAY ANYMORE....TODAY I RECEIVED A 30 DEMAND NOTICE OR FORFIETURE ... I WANT TO COLLECT 50% OF THE PAYMENTS UNDER MECEDA LAW..HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT...

Started paying Megaworld since 2008 and wanted to refund just the 50% but refused to refund my money because I signed a provision in the Reservation Application that says "No Refund".

Will the Maceda Law still applies in this case, hoping for your possible advice thank you

I have an open and shut case.....I paid Megaworld for 3 years then stopped..I want my 50% back and will give an Attorney 50% of the Collected Money...

The PI GOV says I am entitled to it...I meet all the Qualifications.....Surely there is an Attorney somewhere who wants some easy $ money....just file the case...done...I will be in Manila on the 23rd of October 2012 and on the 13th of Nov 2012...

Open and shut case..I paid 3 years...now I wantthe 50% money back...I need an Attorney to file the papers..collect for my and take out his 50% of the monies returned...

I amazed that this Meceda Law exists on the books in PI and everyone who qualifies under said law...finds it so difficult to collect...

Am I addressing the wrong forum....

When was the last time an Attorney you know..got $10,000 plus US Dollars just for filing and collecting a legal debt obligation under a simple PI Law...?

Again...Robert needs a response....!

Hello and good day!

Gusto po sana namin na i-stop na ang pagbabayad ng housing amortization sa Pag-ibig.
Since 2 tmes ng binaha ang lugar namin and stagnant ang baha. We are thinking of leaving the place na.We know na hindi na tataas ang value ng investment namin dahil sa pangyayari tulad ng Ondoy at Habagat.
We started paying pag-ibig since 2002.At updated naman kme ng payment up to present. Ano po ang pinakamaabuting gawin para masettle namin ang pakikipag usap sa Pag-ibig in a way na nde kame ma rereject sa aming mga possible proposal.

Total loan po namin sa knila is 499,000. We are paying monthly amortization of 5P5,025 for almost 10 yrs na.- kung tutuusin po bayad na kme sa loan namin. Alin po ang mas possible sa 2 condition?:
1. Refund of more than 50% of payment ; or
2. Giving the property to us dahil base sa assessment namin wla naman ng magiging intersado to buy a property na matagal mawala ang tubig kapag bumabaha.?

Sana po mapaliwanagn nyo kme kung anong mabuting gawin.
