good morning! ano po ba ang pwedeng gawin kapag hindi satisfied yung illegally dismissed employee sa decision ng labor arbiter, kapag tapos na yung 10 day period for appeal? Yung na-award po kasi sa akin ng labor arbiter, ang liit lang, malayong malayo sa hinihingi ko. ano po ang pwedeng appeal na gawin? Hindi pa daw po nag file ng appeal yung employer, baka hindi na sya mag file. ano pa po ang pwede kong gawin?

you are given only 10 days to appeal, and that's it.
