Hi! I put up a dance studio business. I ordered a mirror from the supplier which i will be using for the dance studio. I deposited php10,000 to the supplier as partial payment. The supplier went to my studio to get the measurement of the mirror. 2 weeks after they get the measurement of the mirror they haven't deliver the mirror that i ordered. Until such time that i made follow ups with them already. All transactions are verbal and thru text messages & email. No written contracts made. I decided to just ask for the refund of the Php10,000 i deposited if they cannot deliver the mirror. The mirror supplier promised to refund the money but unfortunately until now she haven't refund it to me. Question: What legal action I could do for this matter? Thanks!
