Hi, Atty.

Here is a background to the situation:

My late parents bought a house and lot at a subdivision 30 years ago, but due to issues with the developer, they never completed the amortization. No one has ever bothered us for the past 30 years. My parents died a few years ago, and as I was checking their old documents found out that this lot is still under the name of the developer while the house is under the name of my parents.

Is there any way to legally pay off all stuff that's needed to be paid off and transfer the title under my name? What would I have to do to accomplish this?

Thanks!

Anyone? Is there any way to legally get the property as my asset? If not, what is this land basically? Smile

Hi po, gud day.

My Grandparents bought several land properties, some properties are transferred to the siblings, some are not.
