I just would like to ask if i still have any partition rights to my parent's house in the future if it was my brother who got the house renovated? We're only 2 siblings in the family and my brother is an ofw.

yes, you are a compulsory heir and your inheritance right is protected by law.

Good day po, follow up question lang po tungkol dito. papano po kung yung situation ganito.

Grandparents ko may properties. Hindi nababayaran ang taxes matagal na, pinaalis din kami ng mga tita ko sa bahay namin dati dahil isa nlng daw may ari nung property. isang tita ko nlng daw ngaun.

last year namatay ang papa ko sa sakit. Papano po namin mapapakita sa mga tita ko na may share din ang papa ko sa mga lupa ng lola at lolo ko. papano po namin ito makukuha?

Matagal na po ang issue na ito. hindi pa ako pinapanganak pinag aawayan na nila ito.

What is legal to do and what is not? baka ako nnman magmana ng away na ito.
