recently the land owner of the lot where the main tank/reservoir of the barangay water system is situated, revoked their deed of donation citing a basis which is not found nor one of the conditions in the executed "deed of donation". the brgy. water system is existing for more than 30 yrs and still existing and operating until now. but the brgy officials are worried due to the recent revocation of the deed of donation. is the land owner has the legal basis in revoking the deed of donation? the land owner planned to operate a privately operated water system (a corporation) in the brgy. what will the brgy officials do in this kind of situation? what govt. agency can help the bgy officials?

pwede ba silang maka operate ng private water system business kahit meron na, operated by the brgy.? puede ba sila ma isyuhan ng permit sa National Water Resources Board (NWRB)? ano ba ang mga procedures, bago sila ma bigyan ng permit?

imo, what would be required is for the bgy to file a case to enforce the donation. or the city government can buy the property under the power of eminent domain.
