I would like to ask kung saan po dapat magreklamo regarding sa pre-medidated Termination? NLRC or DOLE ?

if you mean illegal termination, that ought to be at nlrc

Hi Gud Day po! ask ko lang po pwede bang gawin ebedensya ang pagrecord ko po nang paguusap namin ng H.R at President ng companya? eh pagkakaalam ko po pagnagkaso ka sa isang tao kailangan po ng ebedensya,doon po kasi sa na record ko pinatunayan ng isang empleyadoo na pinagbantaan nga ako ng boss namin,kaya ko po nirecord baka kasi po di na sya uli tumistego dahil baka sa po naman ang ipitin ng may ari,at doon din po maririnig na pinagbibintangan po ako,na ako daw ang gumawa ng email na may paninira sa companya na wala po silang maipakitang ebedensya na galing o sa akin....

Yes..its a violation of wire tapping law,,but its up to your lawyer to contest if its acceptable beyond some other circumtances.
