Gud p.m, gs2 ko lng po sana malaman if i will be liable.. last 2 nights ago po,ng pauwi na ako sa bahay, my nka parada na dalawang kotse sa kanto, sa gitna po ng dalawang kotse ay my pedicab na ang mayari ang isang kapitbahay din. ang pedicab po nila ay pinark na nka labas in line sa dalawang kotse. meaning po yung pedicab ay nka obstruct sa da.anan ko. nung pag da.an ko po pauwi sa bahay , sakay po ako ng single na motor inusog ko ang pedicab gamit ng paa ko. ang prob. ko po ngaun ay na scratch po pla yung kotse na nasa harap ng pedicab ng hindi ko na malayan. maliit po ksi ang da.anan sa amin, 1 way lng po eskinita ang dating..ngaun my nka witness ng pangyayari, ang witness po ay ang katabing bahay ko. na napag sabihan ko na wag gawing parking space ang harapan ng bahay ksi ako ang na ddistorbo pag my dumada.an na nka motor at para ma iwasan rin na mapag bintangan ako sakali na my mangyari sa kotse nya.. tanong ko po, am i liable or my reason pa ba ako na e deny ang accusation?. maraming salamat po..

in my opinion yes, you are mainly responsible for the damage because you moved the pedicab negligently. while the pedicab owner may be wrong in putting it there, it's not his fault that it was pushed to the car
