My aunt prepared a deed of sale before she died to her nephews. It was notarized after 6 years. Now she is dead, will it still be valid? Thanks.

Notarization is just valid for 1 year , (if i'am not mistaken) action for the document that being notarized must be done in a year (Correct me if i'am wrong atty. yan kasi procedure na sinusunod namin sa SPA)
