Hi, just wanna ask, if an employer suspends an employee, is the employer required to give a written notice to the employee about the employee's suspension?

yes. if it's for punishment, it should have undergone due process first.

if it's because there is a clear threat to the property or employees, then it can be immediate

Paano if preventive suspension? tapos walang specifics? tapos lalagyan ka ng employer mo na 15 days..?
