itatanong ko lang po may kakayahan po ba ang legal na asawa na ipahold ang asawa nya sa immigration para di makaalis ng bansa?

under current rules, only an RTC or higher, or the Secretary of Justice can issue a hold departure order.

thanks attyLLL mga ano po ba ang pwede ko pong gawin kasi po gusto ko ng makipag hiwalay sa asawa ko ang gusto ko po eh supprta nalang sa mga bata anu po ang pwede gawin?

Greetings po Attylll,
Depende din po yata siya sa case. Kasi po ako'y OFW and nagkaron ng HDO sa immigration kahit nasa piskal plang ang case na 9262. Iniisip nga po namin ng abugado ko nung time po na iyun na mag kakilala sila sa loob ng immigration.
Attylll, kung saka sakali po ba, maaari ko balikan ang ganitong nilang gawa, dahil po malaki ang naging perwisyo sakin nito.
Maraming salamat po and more power.

are you still living together? if so, file a petition for issuance of temporary protection order so he'll be made to leave. if not, negotiate with him
