Gusto ko lang po humingi ng advice. Galing po kasi ako sa Company A, nagwork ako for 2 years don, nagsara po ito dahil nagrelease daw po ng order ang NTC for closure and cessation of business dahil po don, nagsign kami ng formal termination. Inaasan po namin sa nangyari, we will be receiving a severance pay, pero after a month we were transferred to company B. Then tinanong po namin yung admin namin if our tenure will be carried over that why they did not pay us any separation pay from our tenure at company A, sabi po nila oo daw po, it will be carried over.
Dun po sa bagong contract our dated hired is July 2011 not 2009, so hindi po nakadocument na yung tenure namin will be carried over. Sabi lang po samin it will be carried over but they cannot put that into document and sinasabi po nila na internal arrangement lang po ang nangyayari. bakit po ganon? hindi po ba if they recognize it the company should do something about it, like a matter of recognition it should be documented?
Kasi po what is the assurance of the employees that they are employed since 2009? Tama po ba ang ginagawa nila samin?
