Hello po,

Inquire ko lang po about my cousins case. Binangga po ng lalakeng nakamotor ang van nya habang bumibyahe sa highway at namatay po ang lalakeng nakamotor. Nabasag ang windshield ng sasakyan at tinaman pa ng bubog sa mata ang isang pasahero. Naisugod pa sa ospital ang lalake pero makalipas ang ilang araw ay namatay din ito. Ang lalake ay humarorot sa wrong way na tila may iniwasan at binangga ang van ng pinsan ko. Nagfile po ng reckless imprudence resulting in homicide ang pamilya ng lalake dahil ayaw makipag areglo at humihingi ng napakalaking halaga.. na P100,000.00 Ang lalake po ay walang lisensya at nakainom pa sa mga panahong iyon. May laban ba ang pinsan ko sa kasong ito? Kung kukuha sya ng abogado, mga magkano po ba ang usual na gastos sa mga ganitong kaso? Ang sasakyan nya ay nakaimpound mga isang taon at limang bwan na po, may paraan po ba na makuha nya ang saksakyan nya? Isang taon at limang buwan na po ang nakalipas wala pa ring nangyayari sa kaso nya. Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako....Salamat po....God bless..
