Hi Atty! Good day! I purchased an appliance at Ace hardware and upon using it, found out that it was defective. I returned to the store and asked for a refund but they refused and told me that they will only replace it, I did not agree but seeing as I did not have a choice that time accepted the exchange. I now learned that the replacement product is still defective and now I really want to just get the refund and just buy from another store. what can I do to get my refund?

Just claim for that refund and present your receipt, and narrate your experience about getting defective items twice already (including the replacement). Refund is among your rights as a consumer. Try reading this.
