make sure your follow ups are in writing. if it exceeds 6 months, you can claim you were constructively dismissed

If I was under Investigayion and was not placed under suspension, should I be considered as being on "Floating Status"? Should I be paid for those days now that I was asked to report back to work?

sansmarie, yes, but based only the actual income you received during the year

ocean, if they prevented you from coming to work while under investigation, then that was a suspension and you should be entitled to be paid.
