ana po ay mabigyan po ninyo ako ng adivice sa problem ko.

I worked as a customer service representative sa isang BPO company located at Shaw Blvd. Nag apply po ako sa isang company malapit lang po dito sa amin sa Cavite. Naipasa ko po ang lahat ng Interview and informed naman po sila na nag wowork pa po ako during that time and in training as technical support.

Nakapag sign na po ako ng contract Noong June 7, 2012 with start date of July 9, 2012. Kaya lang po hindi nila ako binigyan ng copy kase may need pa daw po sila na dapat ipapirma. Pagkatpos po noon ay nag advice na po sila na pwede na ko mag resign. During this time po hindi ko na ipasa ang notice ko sa previous company ko kase po ung start date na nasa contract is still tentative.

Una po tumawag po ang HR manager nila at nag inform na June 18 po ang start date. Then after two days tumawag po ulet sila informing na June 25 na po ang start date. I confirmed to them kung sure na po ba yung June 25. then they said ok na daw po iyon. So Nag bigay na po ako ng Notice sa previous company ko ng resignation Notice dated June 23. Till nung June 22, I received a text on June 22 Friday past 7pm, from my sister informing me start date was moved to July 9 as she was informed by the HR.

Nag pa medical po ako ng June 15, 2012. I knew ng medyo tumaas po ang BP ko, I i know my hypertension din po ako pero controllable naman po. I have my maintenance. Kaya lang they took 2 week sa before nila ma review ung pre-employment result ko which I ask the clinic next day ma re receive na nila ung result. July 4, 2012 tumawag po sila to consult in house doctor. Nag karon ng konting problem regarding so consultation, they take 2days before nila sabihin ung result ng consultation ng doctor. Nag Initiate na po ako ng Follow up para malaman ang result. Unfortunately, July 7, they told me sa pangungulit ko na hindi daw po nila ako tatangapin kase may Hypertension ako (highblood).

Nag consult po ako sa cardiologist, July 8, at nag pa laboratories din ako po which after the doctor issued FIT to Work medical certificate. July 9, I showed to them my medical clearance.Naguguluhan po ako kase hindi po nila Honor yung medical clearance ko from a reputable hospital.


Wala na po ako magawa sa ganitong sitwasyon. Gusto ko po sana malaman kung i rereklamo ko po sila ay ano po ba ung chance ko sa case na ganito.

Sila po ang reason kung bakit nawalan po ako ng trabaho. Ang masakit po kase nito nasayang po ung opportunity ko sa previous company ko para ma promote sa higher position.

Sobra po akong na depress sa ginawa nila sakin, ang try ako mag apply sa iba pero nahirapan po ako sa sobrang depression ko.

Naibenta ko narin po ang cellphone ko na worth 14,500 pesos ang orignal price kase wala na po akong pang suporta sa sarili ko, Indipendent na po kase ako at nakatira sa bahay ng lola ko kaya tumutulong ako sa gastusin dito s bahay. Naubos narin po ang saving ko at nagkaron pa ko ng ulang dahil sa kulang po ung gastos sa pang araw araw ko.

Sana po ay matulungan nio po ako.

dapat bago ka nag resign don sa isa ok na lahat pati medical..

moderator
it's easy to file a complaint at nlrc. at the minimum, they'll call for a mediation under SENA.

the alternative is to hire a lawyer and file a complaint in court, something you can still do if the nlrc says it is without jurisdiction.
