Arresto Menor
magandang araw po.

isa po akong empleyado ng gobyerno., noong july 18-19, 2012 ay pinasok po ang aming opisina at tinangay ang aming laptop.

kahit na maraming gamit dun sa loob ay iyon lamang ang kinuha ng magnanakaw.

bale, sinira po ang gilid ng air-con at duon dumaan.

pag-aari po ng opisina ang laptop kaya't may mga dumating na pulis para mag-imbistiga.

maka-lipas po ang isang buwan ay naglabas po ng resolution ang legal ng aming kumpanya at pinababayaran po sa akin ng buo ang laptop dahil daw po sa aking kapabayaan.

may nagsabi sa akin na gumawa daw ako ng apela.

ngunit iniisip ko kung ako lang ang gagawa baka balewalain lang nila.

paano po ba ito?

ilang beses na rin po ako pumunta sa police department para humingi ng police report pero hindi po ginagawa ng imbestigador.

ano po ba ang mga karapatan ko?

malaki po ang halaga ng laptop (P32,000.00)

at wala po akong kakayanan para bayaran po ito.

maraming salamat sana ay matulungan niyo ako.

moderator
were you supposed to keep the laptop in another place for safekeeping?

you should indeed write a letter stating that there was no negligence because force was employed to acquire the property. if the police are not making a report, perhaps there is an entry in your security guard's log book.

yung lagayan po ng laptop ay katabi lang po din ng lamesa na pinatungan ko, pero pati rin po iyon ay binuksan ng magnanakaw may mga bagay na nakalagay doon pero yung laptop lang talaga ang kinuha., nag-submit po report ang guard pero wala rin po akong kopya nun.

maraming salamat po attorney.

It is indeed security personnel negligence, it was not your duty to safe keep equipment and company property during wee hours.
Insist that the decision they make is over exercise of their power.
