Arresto Menor

Sa papanong mga paraan po ba ito magagawa? Pwede po ba marevoke agad ang power of attorney kahit sa email lang? May binebenta pong lot ang mother ko at mayroon po siyang Special Power of Attorney na authenticated ng Philippine General Consulate sa Australia na inasikaso doon ng father ko dahil sa Australia po siya nagtatrabaho. Nagbebenta po ngayon ang mother ko ng lote niya at siay po ang prinicipal owner pero dahil nakalagay sa title is |married to (name of my father)" kaya kinailangan ng SPA para mabenta ang lot. Wala na po kami contact sa father ko since 2009. Nakuha po ang SPA last 2007 pa po pero ngayong 2012 mabebenta na po sana ang lot at iiloloan po sana ng buyer sa PAG-IBIG. Kaso po kelangan daw pong iconfirm ng PAG-IBIG sa father ko ang tungkol sa SPA dahil matagal na daw po kasi ang SPA. Ang binigay lang po namin na contact niya ay ang kanyang email address dahil hindi po namin alam contact number niya at ang email address na iyon ay ang huling email address na alam namin noong 2009 pa. Noong nagemail daw po ang PAG-IBIG sa father ko, may sumagot daw po na wala daw po siya natatandaan na SPA at kung mayron man nirerevoke niya daw po iyon. Valid na po ba iyon para marevoke ang SPA na hawak ng mother ko? Pwede po ba magrevoke kahit sa salita lang o sa simpleng email lang? Sana po matulungan at maliwanagan niyo po kami. Maraming salamat po.

can't force the pag-ibig if they won't accept it. either you find your dad or find a way to convince them to ok the old SPA
