Arresto Menor
Nagkasakit ako for two days at nagpasa ako ng medical certificate at nagtext ako sa boss ko natag ako as No Call No Show dahil di daw ako tumawag sa hotline.
Ano pwede kong gawin?
Kapag nagfile ako sa NLRC at magkakaroon ng settlement at ayaw ko ng bumalik for the fear na tatanggalin din ako, magkano pwede kong hingin bilang damages.

i am personally against this overly harsh ncns rule. you should file a complaint at nlrc.

it will be a big win if you get your job back. employers rarely settle.
