Arresto Menor
Hello, my 2 siblings and I inherited real estate property from our deceased parents. We successfully transferred title to us. Unfortunately my brother died and will have to execute another extrajudicial settlement. We have a ready buyer for the property but I am worried they will not get a clear title because of Rule 74. Will Register of Deeds annotate on the buyer's title this 2 year lien which might prevent him from reselling or applying for a mortgate with a bank? Thank you for your advice.
