Arresto Menor
Our company is now in a holiday because of whole office renovation, since we don't have much to do they declare that we'll be having a long vacation, but the sad thing is its NO WORK NO PAY. the renovation we'll take 1-2 months.
my question are:
(1)do they have the right to declare A NO WORK NO PAY? we have signed the contract last Aug. 1, 2012 as their trainee.
(2) Can we ask for a consideration or allowance?
(3) How much is the fair amount that could asked from them?

Please advise.
