im 7 years married to my husband. we have a three year old son and im 2 months pregnant, ive just found out that he had an affair with a family friend and they have a also a son. My husband family was protecting his mistress and ive just found out that the mistress was living in the same compound where my in-laws are living. It brought so much hurt to me. right now my husband lived our house and i dont know if they are living together because i know its hard for me to prove it. My husband only give 1k a month for our child financial support, it is very insufficient for our financial needs. what case can i file against the my husband? how about my in-laws or even his mistress?

you could file a petition for legal separation or support. Legal separation includes the dissolution of the property regime, support, child custody and to live separately but the marriage is not dissolved.
