Meron po kaming 2000 incentive for perfect attendance. 1000 will be given every 15th day of the month and the other half mapupunta daw sa "Bucket" namin. Yung "Bucket" ay makukuha lang yearly every July lang, so if ever na 3months ako nagPA dis 2012, magkakaron ako ng 3000 sa "bucket" ko at makukuha ko yun sa July 2013.

Incentives po namin yun. Nagkaron po ng mandatory na tanggalan demanded ng client sa kumpanya, at hindi daw pde makuha yung "bucket" na namin kasi yearly daw po yun binibigay. May batas po ba para sa ganitong bagay? May karapatan po ba kami para dun sa incentives namin na nakatago sa kumpanya?

And i heard that ang incentives daw po ay hindi taxable. Yung nakukuha po namin every 15th day na 1k ay may tax pa din, nakalagay sa payslip. May mga matagal na din po sa trabaho namin na nakakuha na ng "Bucket" nung July at nabawasan pa din ng tax. Nasa batas po ba ito? Sa mga ganitong bagay, may laban po ba kami kung qquestionin namin ang kumpanya? Salamat po.

incentives are still taxable if the total of all benefits including 13th month pay exceeds 30k a year

however, i would still try to claim that bucket by first writing a letter and then later filing a complaint at dole or nlrc
