hello good day!
atty we already have the decision from the court of the divorce by my husband who is an islam, we already used it to get a marriage license when we got married.. but when we ask for a copy of our marrigae certificate at NSO the previous marriage was still there and not yet nullified.. is it possible the papers was not yet submitted to NSO or is it not accepted by the NSO?

if this was a local shariah court, then the decision can be annotated on the marriage contract
