When one is not the natural father of the newborn but registered as such; Is that legal?

What can be the restrictions, if any?

What if the father did not know and only found out years later?

In one case, the listed father is (was) married to the mother and did not know he was not the natural father until later.
In the other case the (non-natural) father is not yet married to the mother.

first case of husband, he only has 1 year after the child is registered before it becomes incontrovertible that he is the father. regardless of the truth. and putting him as the father is not a crime.

second case, if they knew that he was not the father, then it's simulation of birth
