How to handle an employee diagnosed positive of shabu?

Arresto Menor
I want to make sure that we will be doing the legal process in handling the case. We have a regular employee holding a staff level position assigned at one of our warehouses who was diagnosed positive of shabu.

I've read the provision on dangerous drugs but I would want to be enlightened more about the matter. Please advise the right steps to handle this.
