Arresto Menor
Hello, admin. I filed an annulment case against my husband who now have a family in the US. In the court where I filed the case, there is only one (1) judge in the 3rd district of Cagayan. And apparently, he has been absent due to illness of cancer. I have been waiting for a year now. I could not wait any longer for my case to start as I have to work abroad for my existence. Can I go abroad to work before the hearing procedures start? What should I do? Please advise. Thanks.
