The Supreme Court has issued a Temporary Restraining Order against the Controversial CyberCrime Prevention Law. The Court has set oral arguments on January 15,2013 and the TRO is already in force,and will remain so for 120days. (Source: Yahoo News) Welcome Comments/ Reactions and Suggestions!

good, some of the cybercrimes can be punishable in RPC anyway, it is just an excuse for the government to buy cyberwarfare technology with the excuse of combating cybercrime, but in reality they will you the cyber technology to hack into suspected terrorist, with the burden of proof of only suspection, were the whole system is being manipulated by corrupt politician, military or police generals, and corporate CEOs, for personal interest like money deposits, money making interest, targeted individuals with the politician, military or police generals enemy...
