Arresto Menor
Can we file a countercharge for "acts of lasciviousness" if they don't have enough evidence?

I have a friend who's been accused with "acts of lasciviousness" by his mistress's daughter, but they dont have enough evidence. We found out that they have motives to do it since they are after my friends properties.
