Hello..Good day..If the the mother of my daughter will get married to another guy and they decided to migrate to other countries with my daughter, does she need to inform me regarding her plan of bringing my daughter with them? If I have a chance to go to the country where they migrated, can I still execute my right there to visit my daughter?...Thank you and God bless.

imo, no, she does not have the legal obligation to tell you.

if she migrates, it will depend on the law of where she goes, but i would bet that in most countries their laws will allow you visitation.
