thank God at nakita ko tong site nyo helpful to s mga new moms na katulad ko at hnd alam ang ryts.

nagsama kme ng bf ko sa 1 bhay nung nlaman nya n buntis ako sa anak namen,knausap p nya magulang ko and told them na papanagutan nya ako.aftr 5months naghwalay kme dhl nahuli q xa na may babae.umuwi aq sa parents ko at wala nko narinig mula sknya.naosptal aq ng 2 beses for threatend miscarriage gawa ng stress ng hwalayan.
hanggang sa nanganak nko nung sept. kht anino nya dku naramdaman kya nlagay q s birthcert ng bby ko n n/a yng father. not until my nkpgsbi skn n pnagkakalat ng ex bf ko sa workplace ko nna hndi daw nya anak tong bata at anak q sa ibang lalake.kesyo nagpaspermcount dw xa kya nid ng medication para makbuntis xa.
naawa po ako sa anak ko baby pa lang e itinatanggi na.anu po b ang pwde kong ihabla o ihabol sknya?buhay binata at pasarap s buhay tapos nakuha pang siraan kame mag ina.
tulungan nyo po ako.ayaw ko po lumaki anak ko na ihnd xa kikilalanin ng ama nya.
cçan i demand a DNA TEST?SUSTENTO? IS LIBEL AN APPLICABLE CASE FOR HM?

you can file a case for acknowledgment and support. the court can order a dna test but the problem is the cost of at least 45k. the applicant has to pay for it.

as for saying that he is not the father, i do not see that as an actionable incident.

spreading bad rumors po kc s workplace ko eh. i cn work hard to earn the money needed for the Dna test and if proven what will happen to hm?wat article n d family code i cn read and refer to?

i want to teach hm a lesson by obliging hm to gve an allowa to kid.

the way to do it is to first send him a letter demanding that he agrees to undergo a dna test. of course he will refuse.

then you will need to retain a lawyer to file a case for compulsory recognition at the family court. and in those proceedings, your lawyer should file a motion for issuance of a DNA testing order.
