gusto q lng p magtanong, ung po kaseng husband q last year of Mrach 2011 ng karoon ng complain against s kapit bahay nmin kinaso nila slight physical injury, actually wla po tlagang physical n sakitan ang ngyari kz po ung anak ng kapit bahay nmin ng pupu s harap ng bahay nmin so nkita po ng asawa q sinigawan nya ung bata so natakot po ung bata at umuwi sknila n umuiiyak so, after a week my n reciv n lng po kmi n complain from judge n ganun n nga po n ndi manlng kmi nk pag harap s brgy nmin sabihin n po ntin n n personal aq ng brgy nmin dahil galit s fam q dhil s political issue, tpos ung nga po hinarap ng asawa q ung complain 2 consecutive meetings ndi cla umattend asawa q lng then last meeting umattend n un complainant at un ng k ayos n kmi ng pirmahan n kmi s judge, ngaun po pinag tataka nmanin my warrant n po ung asawa q e almost 1 yr n po un at ng k ayos n kmi both parties ngaun nk usap nmin un complainant sabi nila ndi nman n nila timuloy ung demanda at ok n sknila un wla n , panu po b magandang gawin nmin sbi po ng mga pulis n my dalang warrant mag kkapit bahay lng pla kau ayusin nyo n lng madali lng eto khit s brgy puede n, anu po b magandang gawin pls help po..thanks so mcuh

have them execute an affidavit of desistance before the prosecutor
