**M1= man and a woman who have lived together and exclusively with each other as husband and wife for a continuous and unbroken period of at least five years before the marriage, they need not to acquire marriage license. They jsut have to execute affidavit.

**M2= all formal and essential requites of marriage are complied with except the acquisition of marriage license.

question: if M2 lived as together as husband and wife for 5 yrs, is the defect in their marriage, having no marriage license cured? if they will exeute affidavit will their marriage be "ratified"? Very Happy
