Gudpm po Atty.

7 years na po akong regular employee. may dumating po saakin na suspension memo. for 5 days suspension ang rason po ay dahil sa accumulated lates.. na suspend na po ako ng 3 days last month din meron na naman na 5days. wala po notice or warning memo na may na incurred na po ako na late na ganun karami.. wala din po na memo man lang na humihingi ng paliwanag ko bsta na lang po sila nag pataw na hindi ko man lang ma depensahan sarili ko. tama ba po ang ginawa ko na nag refuse ako i-reciv yung memo? sabi po saakin subject for insubordination daw yun. i need a legal advice po..tnx po

Yun sa company namin, 1-3 lates in a quarter lang ang reprimand, so pag lampas ka na dun sa loob ng isang quarter di ka na bbigyan ng notice kase nasa policy rin naman yun. Disciplinary action kase is depends on your number of tardiness.

grabe naman.. wala man lang consideration or giving a chance for the employee to explain he's side.. dami kasi factors. sa kaso ko ang gusto ko lang is why do they back track it.. at i accumulate sunod-sunod ang pag pataw ng suspension

I suggest you read your company's HR manual with regard to the rules on lates. Kung nasa HR manual, then you must accept it. Kung wala, the law protects your rights. Kung lalaban ka sa 3 days mong hinahabol, then you can file a formal complaint with the Labor Arbiter.

usually 1 year quashing yan.. depende sa rules and regulations nang company.. magaan pa nga yan.. sa ibang BPO.. 1 strike policy lang.. pag nag no show ka.. terminated agad..
