There is no sale as there is no contract between you and the Buyer. But I am afraid that the Buyer will go after your aunt in the court. If this will happen, then your Aunt has to pay all expenses including the litigation costs and damages if the court awards him. Then this will be your chance to pay everything what your
Aunt needs to repay.
