Nahire po ako last jun 2012 but nakabond po ng 1year amounting to PHP150K for the training pero ala pong training na naganap instead it is just a knowledge transfer from our onshore lead. Now, I resigned, in the company kasi sobrang nahihirapan ako sa sked (GY). the company insisted that I should pay the bond plus the signing bonus in full amount(while I recieved only partial as they deducted the tax) also, I need to complete the 60 day noticed
Just to cut the story short, I agreed to pay for the bond and complete the 60 days notice. para indi na ko mahassle sa next work ko.
1. is it legal that I need to pay the bond and signing bonus. since sila naman unang nag breach ng contract dahil ala naman silang training na provide?
2. pede ko pa po kayang habulin un. kasi nag kautang utang ako just to pay for it.
