According to the rules of the court, support pendente lite is a remedy of a person to seek financial help for support of the child or children. If you fail your obligation, you will be charged with indirect contempt of the court or much more punitive charges.

I sympathize but the answer to your question is in negative. You are also bound by the laws of the Philippines accoring to Civil Code Article 15 in this wise.
Art. 15. Laws relating to family rights and duties, or to the status, condition and legal capacity of persons are binding upon citizens of the Philippines, even though living abroad.
Even if you stay or live in Singapore does not change the fact that you are still bounded by the laws relating to family rights and duties.

Legally, yes but in practical view, she would just resort to accept the fact that you are important for the purposes of child support.
There is prescription of concubinage, if your wife did not file the case within 10 years upon knowledge of the concubinage, she cannot charge you anymore.

ang akala ko po territorial ang concubinage na case, na hindi maisasampa kung hindi sya sa pilipinas na commit. salamat po sa tulong!

You did not state that the crime was committed there in Singapore. I was under assumption that the relationship existed here in the Philippines.

what i normally recommend is for the wife to look for a support group in the foreign country which might help them file a case against the spouse
