Arresto Menor
may isa pa po akong concern, simula po kasi nung naghiwalay kame ng asawa ko 2 months ago, kinuha po nya ang lahat ng documents ko, passport, bank account statements, etc.. ilang ulit ko na pong hinihingi sa knya na ibigay nya lalong lalo na po ang passport ko, pero ayaw nyang ibigay. pwede po ba ko magsampa ng kaso sa knya sa pag hohold nya ng mga documents ko?

btw annulled/legally separated na ba kau?
