Hi po sa inyong lahat,

May Training bond po ako, gusto ko na pong magresign dahil hindi na po related sa position at training ko yung current na pinapagawa sa akin. Kailangan ko pa rin po bang magbayad sa kompanya? At saka po parang overcharged masyado yung computation nila sa training walang breakdown. Please help po...

talk to your manager first.. let them know na hindi na related yung ginagawa mo.. parang breach of contract na yun.. not unless stipulated sa contract mo na they can assign other work not related to the training..

what if ipagpilit niya na magtrabaho parin ako kahit hindi nakalagay sa kontrata na kahit anong position yung gagampanan ko?
