Hello Everyone

Me and my Wife had an argument yesterday and she decided to leave my Parents house, but she took my two boys with her, and she said that she is going to send the boys to the province, we are married and as a father of the two boys i also have the authority not to send them to the province, which is we are talking about annulment, im kinda confuse right now and i have no idea whats my right, all i wanted is to get the two boys back with me or at least 1 child to live or grow up with me

as of now i don't have a work and im the one who is raising my kids while my wife is currently working on a call-center job, im only earning money through network marketing, but my family is supporting me from food to shelter to clothes and almost everything, we give our parents house 5 thousand monthly just for the share,

Tried to work our relationship but i think shes already decided to leave me, but ever since i was the one raising the kids, and its hard for me is shes going to take both of them

not sure what your question is, but the wife has the custodial preference until the children are 7 years old

magandang araw po

Just want to have some clarification.

no, only you have the right to custody and parental authority over your child
