For 3 years now, nag rerent po kami ng small place para sa business namin na internet cafe, with monthly rent na 8500/month and Usual 1 month advance and 2 months deposit.Last month we decided to move out kasi pinaalis kami nung me ari, dahil sa pagkakaalam ko na di kami nakapagrenew at paso na ang aming kontrata, so wala kami magagawa kundi umalis.

In my opinion, nagpapa-upa din kasi kami..

upon lipat, magbabayad na kayo kagad ng P8,500 x 3.. dahil 1 month advance and 2 months deposit..

kapag nagdecide kang umalis, or ayaw na ng may-ari na magrenew kayo ng contact.. you'll have 1 month to find a new place (after ng contract).. uubusin mo ung 1 month advance mo..

I hope this helped =)
